Common questions
How much is a motorcycle MOT?
£29.65 for a standard motorcycle, £37.80 for a motorcycle with sidecar — the DVSA-set maximum fee, we don't mark it up.
What happens if my bike fails the MOT?
We'll talk you through exactly what failed and why, give you a fair quote, and in most cases can carry out the repair the same day so you only need one visit.
How long does an MOT take?
The test itself takes around 30–45 minutes. We offer same-day appointments, so you can often wait or run an errand nearby.
Can you tell me if my bike is ULEZ compliant?
We can check your bike's emissions standard against the current ULEZ criteria and let you know where you stand. ULEZ compliance itself is set by Transport for London, not by us — if you need formal proof for TfL, we can help you get a certificate of conformity from the manufacturer, as we have for other customers.
