Before you book
Do I need to book an MOT, or can I just turn up?
Walk-ins are welcome depending on bay availability, but booking ahead guarantees a slot — especially if you want to wait with the bike.
Do you work on all makes and models, or just certain brands?
All makes — from Japanese fours to British and European bikes. See the brands we regularly service above.
Is the pre-purchase inspection the same as an MOT?
No. An MOT is a legal roadworthiness test. A pre-purchase inspection is a more thorough independent check aimed at protecting you before you buy a used bike — covering things an MOT doesn't, like crash damage and mileage consistency.
Can I wait on site while my bike is worked on?
Yes — most MOTs and many routine services are done while you wait, usually inside half an hour for an MOT.
What happens if my bike fails its MOT?
We'll talk you through exactly what failed and quote before doing anything. Where possible, failure repairs are carried out the same visit so you're not making a second trip.
